History

Read was formed in March 1988 by Graham Read (now retired) and Richard Heaton. From humble beginnings with only 3 employees, Read established themselves as a major force within the North Wales /North West construction industry with an unparalleled reputation to produce schemes of excellent quality.

Construction Director Wynne Davies who was appointed in 1997 is supported by an exceptionally experienced Senior Management team.

The company currently employs over 80 people between the Head Office in Brymbo (WREXHAM) and numerous sites. The past 20 years have seen a progressive and controlled growth in turnover and the anticipated turnover this current financial year will be in the region of £20 million.
