People
Our people are at the heart of what we do and we continually invest in them because we recognise both the benefits to our organisation and to the individual of having a highly skilled and motivated workforce. In the past few years as a company we have spent more than £50,000 on training alone, covering skills as diverse as site construction skills, managerial skills, IT skills, administration and accountancy.
