Supply Chain
At Read we employ an experienced and knowledgeable supply chain. Each subcontractor is assessed for insurance, health and safety and quality through KPI scoring. Through collaborative supply chain engagement we deliver client focused best value, recognised in our constructing excellence supply chain integration award.
Our principle and preferred supply chain members have signed and are committed to our supply chain charter which confirms that they are fully aligned with our business principals, ethos and practices.
We also place significant importance on not just training our own people, but our supply chain, and to that end a number of our key supply chain members took part in a Construct Wales and BRE CLIP initiative program which consisting of a series of 10 workshops which took place over a 12 month period.
