Having gained 15 years quantity surveying experience with 2 major national building contractors, John joined Read in the spring of 2005 as Commercial Manager. During his career John has been involved in numerous contracts in all sectors of the industry including Housing Regeneration, Healthcare and Education. He has working experience of all methods of contract procurement, particularly Partnering, Design and Build and Traditional routes. John fulfils the obligations of his current appointment by delivering client requirements on all financial and contractual aspects of the projects and through his inclusive and collaborative style makes a positive contribution to any team.
