Senior Project Leader

Andy joined the Read team in June 2007, having spent his working career with regional and national contractors on both building and civil engineering projects of various sizes up to £50M.

Andy’s original training was in the field of Quantity Surveying, and progressed through this position to become Commercial Manager at national contracting level. Andy is a proud member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, into which he was elected a member in 1999.

Andy’s current brief within the Read team involves overall responsibility for specific selected projects taking an overview of the whole project from design development and co-ordination, construction strategy, procurement of services and suppliers, through to planning and monitoring of on site works and beyond.
