Our traditional values and skill sets required by the sector are supported by our commitment to support and develop Apprentices. Many of our site management team commenced work with Read either as an apprentice or tradesman/woman.

Apprenticeships are available in:

• Joinery
• Bricklaying
• Ground works

Our Apprentices are evaluated for the most appropriate progression vehicle and either follow a formal ConstructionSkills route or develop within our mentoring and coaching programmes.
