The conversion and fit out of two new build, single storey industrial units to provide 1000m² of specialist equipment repair, testing and office accommodation arranged over two storeys.
A key element of the project was the design, coordination and integration of bespoke specialist electrical systems in a clean air HEPA filtered environment which was an essential operational driver for this International Defence Organisation.
The project was completed on a negotiated basis through an agreed maximum price basis with delivery two weeks ahead of the Fast Track requirement of 22 weeks.
