With Tesco waiting to move into a new store, and GBB Estates requirements to build a new retail store exceptionally quickly this design and build contract delivered, to both a delighted Client and Tesco.
Handing over on time was critical, as Tesco’s fit out contractor was parked outside awaiting commencement. Needless to say, the project was handed over to our Client on time.
