Damian Bryan

Title: Contracts Manager

Qualifications: HND Building Construction; BSc Hons Project Management with Quantity Surveying.

Damian joined Read in January 2006 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, having spent the previous 8 years with a regional contractor working up to the position from a trainee. As a senior member of the surveying team, Damian’s wealth of knowledge is being drawn upon to further develop the team through his mentorship of a trainee surveyor.

His proven leadership qualities ideally suit Damian to the newly developed role of Team Leader, where his wealth of management and technological expertise is drawn upon to lead the construction team through to successful project completion. He is currently completing a partnered office scheme for the Waste Recycling Group and assisting with costing information for the second stage of a negotiated £2.8m project at Clatterbridge Hospital.
