Huw has been a member of the Read surveying team for over 2 years. Having previously been involved in projects in the housing, commercial and public sectors ranging from £100K to £9m.

Huw was appointed the role of Quantity Surveyor for the Countess of Chester Measured Term Contract soon after joining Read and has successfully completed over 200 projects under this contract. The fact that the client has exercised their option to extend the contract period for a further 12 months is testament to the successful management of the contract by the whole team.

Alongside the MTC, Huw has successfully completed a number of other challenging contracts including a £1.2m 4nr classroom block extension at Sandbach High School, and a £400K classroom extension at Ysgol Brynhyfryd.
