Jay originally joined the company as a joiner in 2002, having expressed a keen interest in his career progression to a management position. Through dedication and hard work, Jay soon progressed to foreman and on to site manager. Jay’s independent and resourceful management skills were developed through his previous employment experience, where he worked as a finishing joiner on the continent and as an expedition joiner on a British Antarctic Survey.
