John Prichard-Taylor

John, having gained 15 years quantity surveying experience with 2 major national building contractors, joined Read in the spring of 2005 as Commercial Manager.
During his career, John has been involved in numerous contracts in all sectors of the industry including housing regeneration, healthcare, education and leisure embracing all methods of contract procurement, particularly partnering, design & build and traditional routes. He was the lead team member within Read on the partnered Ysgol Maes Garmon project and is currently partnering again with Flintshire County Council on a new £6.1m school, whilst continuing to develop and support collaborative working on all Read’s partnered and negotiated work.
John fulfils the obligations of his appointment by delivering client financial and contractual requirements on all aspects of the projects and through his inclusive and collaborative style he positively contributes to any team.
