Read Construction has completed a new conservatory frontage at the Fir Grove Hotel, Warrington. This major extension to the hotel took place between January and May 2008 whilst the hotel, for good commercial reasons, remained open.
The building work was dealt with in a considerate manner to accommodate wherever possible the nature of this live site and was completed on time and on budget. Throughout the build period I was kept fully informed of any issues by the Read management team.
This has given our company confidence in the ability of Read as a company to deliver, which is of the utmost importance to us as they are currently completing two other projects in Chester on behalf of the Feathers Group.
