Friendly approach to the project.
From the outset, I liked the contract manager's friendly approach to the project at Walford and North Shropshire college and have great respect for the Site Manager- Gareth Jones, who maintains excellent discipline. As a result, the team is reliable and well organised, which means all scheduled work gets done without any fuss and any quibbles are sorted out promptly.
Read Construction really understands what it means to work in an occupied site. The team has not only been polite and respectful to the students and staff, but has also maintained a good, professional relationship with the college estate manager. I was especially impressed with the way they kept disruption to a minimum and worked with the health and safety experts to maintain the required access around the building in and out of term time.
