Read Construction has been successful in securing the contract for the new multi-million pound health centre in Flint.
The company was awarded the contract earlier this month, contributing to their ongoing working relationship with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
The £5m health centre will be a central point for the local community to access health and well-being services in a modern, purpose built facility.
In addition to the existing range of GP and community health services, the two storey primary care centre will provide services such as physiotherapy, adult mental health and an expanded range of consultant outpatient clinics.
Read have recently delivered a similar project for BCUHB, £3.2m Llangollen Health Centre, which has been nominated for a LABC Quality Award.
Ben Sidney, BCUHB project manager said: “We are looking forward to working with Read Construction again on this significant project and building upon our existing relationship, following the completion of Llangollen Health Centre.”
Here at Read, we love to propel ourselves into fresh territory and our team are ready to hear from you regarding any new projects and ventures. Be sure to get in touch as we'd love you to be a part of our ever expanding client list.
