LIAISON - The constrained site and shared access routes required significant management of the supply chain, which was successfully completed through close liaison with the school and the management of strict access and egress restrictions. Our team maintained a close collaborative working relationship throughout the project with all stakeholders. The resulting handover questionnaire feedback from the staff resulted in 100% positive response for all aspects including on time delivery, management of the works, quality and snag resolution, as well as 100% satisfaction with the Read team.

SAVINGS - Throughout the project, the Quantity Surveyor worked closely with our Design Manager to ensure the design sat within the budget constraints. Ongoing options review through the construction process identified opportunities for saving against the contract sum through supply chain innovation - generated over £12k savings without detriment to quality or functionality.
